We only collect what you choose to give us. If you fill out our booking or contact form, that means your name, email address, phone number, service address and whatever details you include about the job. If you call or text, we keep your number and the notes from that conversation so we can schedule and follow up.
Like most websites, ours also records basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, approximate location and which pages you visited. This is standard web server and analytics data and it is not tied to your name.
We use your information to quote your job, schedule the visit, contact you about the appointment, invoice you, and follow up afterward. We may occasionally email you about seasonal scheduling. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to marketing lists. The only outside parties who ever touch it are the service providers who help us run the business, such as our email host, our website host and our payment processor, and they only see what they need to do their part.
