These terms cover window cleaning, screen cleaning and repair, and window track cleaning provided by Clearwater Window Cleaning LLC in Carmel, Fishers, Westfield and Noblesville, Indiana. Booking a service means you agree to what is written here.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the number of windows, their type and how accessible they are. If what we find on site is materially different from what was described, we will tell you before starting and give you a revised number. You are free to decline at that point at no cost.

Scheduling and access

We will confirm your appointment window ahead of time. Please make sure we can reach the windows, inside and out, on the day of service. That means unlocking gates, moving fragile items off sills, and securing pets. If we cannot access part of the home, we will clean what we can and quote the remainder separately.

Cancellations

Let us know at least 24 hours ahead if you need to reschedule and there is no charge. We may need to reschedule for weather, since high wind and freezing temperatures affect the quality of exterior work, and we will always contact you directly if that happens.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is finished unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Our guarantee

We stand behind our work. Walk the house with us before we leave, or call within 48 hours, and we will come back and correct anything you are not satisfied with at no additional charge.

Existing damage

Some windows arrive with conditions we cannot fix and are not responsible for, including scratched or pitted glass, failed seals with moisture between the panes, damaged or rotted frames, and permanent mineral etching. We will point these out when we see them so there are no surprises. We carry insurance and will make right any damage we cause.

Photos

We sometimes photograph completed work for our gallery. We never include identifying details, and you can tell us not to photograph your home at any time.
